1. What MilPayGuide is

MilPayGuide ("the Site") is an independent reference and planning tool for United States military pay, allowances, and relocation decisions. The Site is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the Department of Defense, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial, legal, or official pay advice

Figures on the Site are drawn from officially published government rate tables and, where clearly labeled, projections and estimates. They are provided for general information only. Your actual entitlements are determined solely by DFAS and your service's finance office. Always verify amounts with your finance office before making financial decisions. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep published rates aligned with official sources (see the methodology page), but rates change, legislation moves, and errors are possible. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Accounts

You may create a free account to save your pay profile between visits. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you save and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse, disrupt, or scrape the Site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access, systematically scrape content at volume, or misrepresent Site content as official government information.

6. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Advertisers do not influence the pay figures or editorial content on the Site. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilPayGuide and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including financial decisions made based on displayed or projected figures.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. The date below reflects the latest revision; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
